My stay at Gss Palace Hotel was quite disappointing. The room cleanliness was a significant issue, as it felt dirty with cockroaches and rusted appliances. On a positive note, I found the staff at the electronic shop to be very friendly. However, the overall experience was far from satisfactory.

The location was decent, but overall, the poor service and cleanliness overshadowed any benefits. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place for a comfortable stay.
I spent nine nights at Gss Palace Hotel and found the location to be perfect for my business needs in Dubai. However, the lack of complimentary drinking water and the outdated bathroom fittings left me disappointed. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs.
My stay at Gss Palace Hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic with a metro station right across the street and the staff was friendly, the noise from the nightclubs below made it hard to enjoy a restful night. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, and I faced issues with old bedsheets and unresponsive housekeeping.
